ABOUT US

The Arthurian Order of Avalon, Inc. is a not-for-profit charitable organization, established under Oklahoma Law, and no member of the organization gathers financial gain or profit from their membership. The AOA has a Board of Directors that oversees and guides the organization through normal business dealing.

The King and Queen of the AOA act as directors and leaders of the organization, serving as the President and Vice-President of the Board of Directors- with the longer tenured member of The Crown serving as President. They also oversee the Kingdom's guilds, Knighthood and Solar programs. While it seems they are independent of one another, they work in cooperation for the betterment of the AOA. They are assisted by many people: most notably, the Seneschel (Treasurer) and the Registrar (Secretary).

The Board of Directors consists of 9 people: The King and Queen, The
Seneschel, Registrar, a Knight's Regent, a Lady's Regent, and three members elected by the populous to serve as representatives.
